Business Problem

A Florida-based Management Services Organization was looking for a solution to support their large primary care physician client base. The Client used a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) to work with data collection, patient monitoring, billing, payments, etc. Partially processes were covered by the CSP. CleverDev developed a solution to automate the processes as the Client was not happy while using their current tools and decided to develop an out-of-the-box solution to foster their growth and add new functionality as an existing solution limited their business development strategy. CleverDev conducted business analysis, created a scalable system architecture, and developed a full solution from scratch.

Solution

CleverDev’s team developed a Remote Patient Monitoring system (RPM) that allows an end-user to maintain patients’ records, add notes, track their health data, statuses, and time that a medical worker spent on a patient, notify providers on patients’ health status changes, sign documents online (treatment plans, etc.), control and analyze patients’ compliances, make video calls with patients and send SMS within the system, create billing reports. The system allows external connections to insurance companies via API.

Results

By implementing a proprietary system tailored to their needs our client was able to improve frequency of office visits and an additional revenue stream worth over $500k annually.
