We are looking for a system thinking Business Analyst to become a part of the international team.

Main Tasks:

Study various business domains, identifying the business needs of incoming leads
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to define scope lists for estimation
Assist potential customers in understanding their needs and define priorities for implementation
Perform scope partitioning into development phases with customers and engineering
Collaborate with customers and the project team to prioritize business needs, clarify requirements, and define ongoing project scope
Create various project requirement artifacts: V&S, SRSs, BRDs, and other project documentation, including use cases, user stories, and user flows based on the chosen project methodology
Interact closely with the project team to explain requirements clearly and ensure comprehensive understanding without missing details

What We Expect from a Candidate:

5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
C1/C2 English, both spoken and written;
Ability to process both functional and non-functional requirements
Proven experience in the phases of the requirements life cycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation
Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Proficient user of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
