Business Analyst

Project Work Format:

• Remote work from home (if you wish, it is possible to organize your work in the office)
• Project description in Confluence
• Task setting in Jira

Main Tasks:

• Study various business domains, identifying the business needs of incoming leads
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to define scope lists for estimation
• Assist potential customers in understanding their needs and define priorities for implementation
• Perform scope partitioning into development phases with customers and engineering
• Collaborate with customers and the project team to prioritize business needs, clarify requirements, and define ongoing project scope
• Create various project requirement artifacts: V&S, SRSs, BRDs, and other project documentation, including use cases, user stories, and user flows based on the chosen project methodology
• Interact closely with the project team to explain requirements clearly and ensure comprehensive understanding without missing details

What We Expect from a Candidate:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• C1/C2 English, both spoken and written;
• Ability to process both functional and non-functional requirements
• Proven experience in the phases of the requirements life cycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Proficient user of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
