Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact solutions for clients in the U.S. market.

In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders, drive discovery and decision-making, and ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable solutions. This position requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in outsourcing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client communication and facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, challenging assumptions where necessary
Translate business requirements into structured documentation (business, user, solution levels)
Propose optimal solutions aligned with business goals and constraints
Ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support teams during implementation and clarify requirements when needed

Required Qualifications

Higher education degree (technical degree is a plus)
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
5+ years of experience working with U.S. clients or the U.S. market
4+ years of direct, regular client communication (mandatory)
3+ years of experience in B2B projects with direct client interaction
Strong experience in outsourcing (at least 50% of BA career)
Experience across the full requirements lifecycle (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation)
Ability to work with business, user, and solution-level requirements
Experience with complex systems (CRM, ERP, integrations, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
English level: C1 or higher
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills
